Margaret Tracy Wanyenze

Margaret is a Legal Associate under our Advisory Department. She is especially dedicated to helping our clients navigate complex regulatory environments, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Margaret advises our clients on corporate governance practices, helping them maintain effective management structures and mitigate risks. She assists our clients in drafting and negotiating contracts that protect their interests and meet specific needs.

Margaret holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) Degree from Makerere University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice (First-Class) from the Law Development Centre.
